Then decided to make a big move to the deep south, where I attended veterinary school at Mississippi State University. I graduated from Mississippi State University with my DVM in 2018. In the year following graduation I elected for further specialized training in both Food Animal and Equine Medicine and Surgery through a professional internship at Mississippi State University. As a veterinary student I had the opportunity to come out here and learn from the doctors and staff at Overton Veterinary Services, where I fell in love with the practice and Nebraska. Which led to me making the move out here to join the team at OVS. My practice interests include feedlot and cow/calf health, equine medicine and wellness, calf and foal medicine and management, and companion animal medicine. I have two very spoiled pets Penny an English Pointer and Squints a very cross-eyed Kitty. During my free time I enjoy cooking, kayaking, camping, and cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs and Green Bay Packers.
